What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping within the United States 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

 Your order should ship between 1-3 business days, you should receive a tracking number for your order to your email. 

How will I know when my order has shipped? 

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.

What do I do if my order says delivered but I have not received it yet?

If this occurs we recommend calling USPS to ask about your package. Once your item has been marked as delivered ShopKaila is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
