Return Policy
We accept returns/exchanges for *store credit only* within the 14 days of you receiving your item.
ShopKaila does not issue refunds or cancellations and we are not responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise.
To be eligible for a return/exchange the item must be in the same condition it was received, must have the ShopKaila tag, must not show evidence of wear, and be stain and odor free. Proof of purchase must be provided.
Sale items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
To begin your return process please email info@kaila.shop with your order number. Once we have received your item, allow for 3 business days to confirm that your return has been accepted. Once confirmed we will process your return in 5 business days and you will receive an email with your store credit in the original amount of the purchase (shipping costs are non-refundable).
